The laundry. Who knew that doing the laundry for 5 people (regardless of size) would be so consuming. I wonder why I can't start and finish a day's worth of laundry in one day. I wonder why there is suddenly twice as many loads with the addition of just one tiny person. I wonder whether there really is so much extra laundry to do, or if it's just that I have so much less time, now, to do it in. Either way I'm afraid it's taking over. (A further complication: Who has time to do/finish laundry when attempting to potty train #2?) P.S. I'm very thankful for all our clothes.

I am with you on laundry. It's just Paul and I, but I dread doing laundry! Actually, I dread folding the laundry! :o)
I HEAR YA!!! I swear it's 3 kids. I never had any problems until I had 3 kids....I wonder what 4 will be like?!!?!
I still only have two but boy does laundry pile up. I think our only hope is that as our kids get older they can help and eventually DO THEIR OWN! Yeah :)
I'm with you Jamie. I don't remember doing a lot of my own laundry as a kid (I think my mom was a bit of a perfectionist about her home)...but I've decided that my kids are going to HAVE to help or we'll be swallowed up!
I hate doing laundry. It's not like it's hard or really that time consuming, all I do is put it in the machine and wait.
But I'm with you. It sure adds up fast.
I can sooo relate! I hate laundry. Growing up I always felt like all my mom ever did was laundry. Now I realize, that with 7 kids that IS all she ever did.
